Tina Autenrieth 

Tina Autenrieth
studied Chemistry at Saarland University in Saarbrücken, Germany. After finishing her PhD in Physical Chemistry she worked for 3 years as a scientist at DESY (Deutsches Elektronensynchrotron, Hamburg). 2008 she moved to Belgium and worked in the department of Applied Rheology and Polymer Processing at the Catholic University Leuven before joining EuPC in June 2009 as a Project Manager.

Paolo Bochicchio 

Paolo Bochicchio
EuPC Division Manager & EU Regulatory Affairs Manager since 2003. Several years of professional experience in law firms in Italy and an internship at the European Commission (DG Enterprise). Graduated in Law at University of Urbino (Italy) and passed the Lawyer Bar exam. Member of the Lawyer Bar Association.

         
Mark Burstall 

Mark Burstall
Qualified engineer with over 30 years experience in the recycling industry. Chairman of the BPF Recycling Council and of the CEN working group on standards for recycled plastics. With EuPR, has championed the development of draft Safety Data Sheets for recycled plastics based on the use of generic information.

 Giulia Cabella

Giulia Cabella
Graduated in Organic Chemistry from the University of Milan. Product Safety Manager for the Business Unit Masterbatches at Clariant since April 2008. Dealing with regulatory affairs affecting the major plastic application sectors like food contact, toys, RoHS; responsible for practical implementation of REACH and GHS. Active collaboration within different REACH Implementation Projects via the European Thermoplastic Independent Compounders Association with special focus on Mixtures.

         
 Walter Claes

Walter Claes
Mr. Claes studied Economics at the University of Antwerp and Business Administration at INSEAD, Fontainebleau. He worked for Solvay for 35 years in chemicals and plastics processing sales- and marketing management and as a Company General Manager. In 2002 he was seconded to EuPC focusing on EU Environmental Policy.

 Marc Cornu

Marc Cornu
Engineer graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Techniques industrielles et des Mines d’Alès. Worked for the Petroleum industry for 12 years in different continents. Joined Ampacet in 1999 and is now Quality, Safety and Environment Manager for Ampacet Europe. Active member of the REACH working group of the European Thermoplastic Independent Compounders Association, he participated in the RIP’s and is active in the Plastic Exposure Scenario Team.

         
 Sabine Dröge

Sabine Dröge
Lawyer at PolyComply Höchst, Frankfurt/Main, business unit Health, Safety, Environment. Perennial professional experience as manager regulatory affairs in plastics and films field. Close Cooperation with EuPC since 2003.

 Claire Dury

Claire Dury
Civil Engineer in Materials Science from Louvain-la-Neuve. European Regulatory Manager at PolyOne Color & Additives Europe since 2001, dealing with regulatory affairs such as food contact, ELV, RoHS. Involved in REACH since 2006, already working on the development of a case study for the plastic industry in RIP 3.2.

         
 Antonino Furfari

Antonino Furfari
Graduated in Management Science from Solvay Business School in Belgium. Project Manager European Plastics Recyclers Association since 2007. Responsible for data collection concerning recycling, statistical data and trade policy and economic surveys. Also collaborating with Recovinyl. Energy Project Manager, as well as Coordinator for the EU-funded projects EUPlastVoltage and EUCertPlast.

 Eric Gravier

Eric Gravier
Environment and safety engineer graduated from the Institut supérieur de l’environnement, he also studied at the Cnam. Regulatory Affairs Manager at the French Plastics Association since 2000. Advises plastic producing and processing companies on environment and safety issues (including safety in international carriage of dangerous goods by road).

         
 Leopold Katzmayer

Leopold Katzmayer
Plastics Engineer with 40 years experience in colour and additive masterbatches. Started working for Gabriel-Chemie in 1969 first as developmental engineer then as managing director in 1984. Left the management in 2005. Now working part time on special projects (e.g. REACH) and started own consultancy office. Chairman of the European Thermoplastic Independent Compounders Association since 2006. Now active in the Plastic Exposure Scenario Team.

 Jolanda Neeft

Jolanda Neeft
Jolanda Neeft studied Organic Chemistry at the University of Leiden. She worked at Avery Dennison (labelling manufacturer) at the Product Regulatory Affairs Department assisting the company in REACH, food contact and other regulatory affairs issues. Since 1 June 2008 Jolanda has started a new career at NRK (The Dutch Rubber & Plastics Federation) dealing with REACH, food contact, EH&S and sustainable procurement issues.

         
Geoffroy Tillieux

Geoffroy Tillieux
Engineer graduated in Finance (Solvay Business School, ULB) and in Production (Darden Business School MBA, University of Virginia). EuPC Head of the Technical Department; Building and Construction division manager since 2008; Expert in the European Food Contact Legislation. Secretary of the EuPC Raw Materials Committee. Project manager and research coordinator in risk assessments and other technical issues; Bachelor in Law, Faculté Universitaires Saint-Lous Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL);

Joan Vuylsteke

Joan Vuylsteke
Studied Applied Biological Science at the Catholic University Leuven and Engineer for Environmental Science at the same university. He worked since then in the chemical industry and was involved in the implementation of REACH at Huntsman where he was also responsible for the implementation of GHS globally. Since 2009 he is Regulatory Affairs Manager Europe at Schulman.
