The aim of the REACH Club Forum is to let its members share their experience with the REACH Regulation in a friendly, courteous and safe manner.
Confidentiality
The EuPC Services REACHelpdesk (ESR) respects your privacy and does its utmost to protect the confidentiality of your personal details on this forum. It is therefore strictly forbidden to publish neither any email or post addresses nor any phone numbers.
Contributions
Format: You are invited to review your messages carefully prior to validation. Messages written in capital letters, in SMS language or containing too many spelling mistakes will be deleted.
Contents: Please be precise and concise when making a contribution. You may formulate some remarks if they are constructive and arguable. Messages that do not respect other contributors will be removed.
Advertising
Advertisement for products and/or services other than those of the ESR is not allowed on this forum.
Responsibility and Moderation
Contributors agree that they are solely responsible for the contents of their postings.
You agree that the responsibility for your postings rests solely with yourself and you will indemnify the ESR in respect of any costs, expenses, losses, damages or claims made as result of any claim based upon any posting made by yourself.
Any posting only gives the views of the author of the posting and does not reflect necessarily the views of the ESR and therefore you agree that the ESR cannot and will not be held responsible for the contents, accuracy or validity of the postings in any manner whatsoever.
The ESR reserves the right to delete any messages and to warn, to suspend, to evict any contributor who would have:
- Provided false or incorrect information during her/his registration;
- Not showed respect nor courtesy towards other contributors;
- Used this forum in order to promote any product or service; and
- Posted a message that would or would be likely to breach the laws of intellectual property, copyrights and privacy.
